JLR designs the Adaptive Xenons system to deliver predictable, road-safe illumination in all conditions. The HLCM collects live inputs from the ABS module, steering angle sensor, and suspension ride-height sensors. It commands the projector modules to swivel into corners and adjust vertically to avoid glare. The system disables swivel function when you select reverse gear and centers the beams for safe maneuvering. Cornering lamps activate on sharp steering input to illuminate roadside obstacles. All components meet JLR’s global lighting regulations and durability requirements for long-term reliability.
